In full swing...

The wedding planning stage has begun for Brittany and Alex and we couldn't be happier for the two of them. Sweet Britt invited us to join her family for lunch and a meeting at Shady Oaks and of course, we could not pass up a yummy meal - hello stir fry day - deeelish! Well, unbeknownst to me my father was practicing golf at the same time and Braxton decided to skedaddle over to play with Baba Rick... in true man-fashion... skip out on all the details and straight to the fun stuff! Oh well... it's not his wedding!

Miss Tenley Marie has arrived...

Last week, Cody and Stacy welcomed their 2nd baby girl to this world, Miss Tenley Marie Bauer, Wednesday, January 5th weighing 6.2 lbs and measuring 18 3/4 inches - the exact same as her sister, Blake. The whole family couldn't have been more thrilled with her early arrival and Stacy and baby are home and doing great. Braxton could not wait to hold Tenley in his arms and kiss her and wanted to take multiple trips to the "hos-tipple" to see her. He told us he is going to teach Blake how to be a great big sister...

Christmas, part II

Christmas, part II, at my Mom & Dad's house.
After blowing through every battery and toy at our house 10x, we decided we had enough and it was time to venture out & over to Mimi & Baba Rick's house to see what all they had to offer (after all - Uncle Alex was there to play)! All of my mom's family was staying at their house and they had all sorts of goodies, big and small, to share... so we had a huge feast and opened boo-koo's of presents galore and just had a grand 'ole time.
Then later we went out to the other grandparent's and did the SAME thing! What an amazing Christmas... of course, I forgot my camera for the 2nd go 'round. I did get a few pics on my phone - which haven't been uploaded yet. So, more to come;)

Christmas, part 1

This year we had a magical Christmas filled with blessings, family and laughter. We could not have asked for anything more. Everything was more than wonderful, family was in town, we had plenty to eat, lots of gifts and hearts overflowing with gratitude. Braxton maybe could have hoped for a few more toys, but that is his age - hopefully. We are so thankful for everything the Lord has given our family - happy, healthy children and a close knit family that loves unconditionally.

Christmas Eve...

Every Christmas Eve Santa comes to visit the farm before he goes out on his nightly sleigh ride across the globe. It is very sweet of him to make this special stop on this busy night and all the kids love waiting and watching for Santa to come down to the barn... and they always go home excited for the morning to come...
Where is he?
Ho Ho Ho
All cameras ready...
Who's turn is it next?
