Happy Birthday Reese!

Braxton & Harper's cousin Reese celebrated his 6th birthday last week and we all went to his party at Pump it up to play! The kids were WILD on the slides and had fun bouncing around. The little ones all stuck together and had the best time goofing off.

Happy birthday, Dr. Seuss!

Braxton's class celebrated Dr. Seuss' birthday last Friday and in honor of one of his greatest books, we made green eggs, sans ham. Oh well! Braxton LOVED the green eggs and is now requesting them every morning.

Sister goes to the ZOO!

It was another beautiful week in Texas and we had a free Thursday morning and decided to take Harper to the zoo with us. She hasn't been since she was a BABY! Needless to say, she loved it. These are all the animals she looks at in books and now she sees they are REAL. It was so cute to see he eyes light up with amazement and her smile all day long. I think we will be returning quite a bit in the near future:)

Sweet baby Lulu...

It seems like a lot of our friends are getting puppies these days... I guess it is a good age for 4-5 year olds to hold some responsibility! About time! 

Anyways, our good friends brought their gorgeous silver lab over last week and we just loved on her and ogled her to pieces! She is so pretty and sweet and innocent - then the puppy teeth came out - still an angel though. The kids had so much fun playing with her and she enjoyed playing in the backyard. After a little while she crashed and was out like a light. The kids proceeded to put her in their play barn and move her around the house in it - she stayed asleep - thank goodness. Needless to say, Braxton now wants a dog...

Beautiful morning at the ZOO!

We took advantage of the nice weather last week and went to the zoo before art school on Thursday. It was beautiful out, not busy and just the perfect morning. We will definitely be going back before the hot summer arrives!

Violette's 5th birthday!

 Our sweet friend, Violette, turned 5 last week and had her party at Pump it Up. The Hiley's sure know how to throw a party... which we knew from last year! There were so many kids, beautiful decorations, loads of candy and delicious cake. Thanks again for including us! It was a blast!!!
