Look at what the bunny left for us...

Shady Oaks Egg Hunt...

2nd Egg Hunt of the weekend was at Shady Oaks Country Club where they had bounce houses, face painting, petting zoos and egg hunts for every age group. This one was super special because my Grandmother came and got to take part in the fun. A good time was had by all and we look forward to many more years of celebrating at this awesome club - Scott & I just joined... so that is uber exciting!

Coloring eggs...

Braxton absolutely loved coloring eggs this Easter weekend... I think it was a lot more fun b/c Harper was not involved - which in turn made it not too messy... = happy mommy! I think we colored 2 dozen... then hid them from Daddy... we occasionally still find them randomly around the yard... YUCK.

First Egg Hunt!

Here are some precious pics from the first Easter party of the weekend... this one was at a friend's house from school and was super fun. I think there were around 1000 eggs! Plus the easter bunny & 3 golden eggs... which in turn brought gold fish! Harper was not so sure about the bunny... and it was absolutely precious to see her get the concept of finding eggs for her basket... too cute.

Tea party...

I'm so excited because Harper is now into tea parties! We took her to The Zodiac room (my favorite place to have lunch) and they always bring tea cups of broth and tea pots, as well as pop overs and strawberry butter to start the meal. Well she absolutely had a ball with the whole thing. It was too precious and now we have tea parties at home! Happy mommy! She also LOVED the strawberry butter... and wanted to eat is straight off the plate. We told her she had to put it on the popover and she basically licked it off. Too cute. Afterwards they were having a party promotion out in the store and had a DJ playing music. Harper continued the party out in the store...

I just love days like these...

80+ degrees, not a care in the world and a beautiful park and pond to help soak up the sun!
Silly face...

Spring baseball...

It's that time of year again - spring baseball time! I think we may have had 1 week off in between basketball and baseball! Wow. I sure hope girl sports aren't this intense. jk. Anyways, we have an awesome team this season and really look forward to lots of fun on the field and hope there is some learning woven in there too. Oh yeah, and a few wins! Go CUBS!
