May fun!

We have been super busy this month around our house. Scott went out of town on his annual guys golf trip, we had Stacy's birthday dinner, started potty training, learned how to ride a bike, and switched Braxton's crib to a big boy bed - finally! Not to mention have a new-born baby girl! Here are some pictures from our recent fun...

Bows...

Francesca came over the other night for dinner and we played with bows in the two youngest girls hair, while Braxton and Emma goofed around. I'm not used to being "girly" with kiddos, so Harper has not had a bow in her hair since the hospital photo shoot. Thank goodness Francesca and her girls are here to help:)

Here's Jules modeling...

Talk about a good day...

Braxton had so much fun on Monday when David, our babysitter's nephew, came over to play. They had a blast doing what little boy's do best - climbing, biking, golfing, mokey bar climbing, going to the park, playing trains, blocks, etc. Then after they took their 2 hour naps, they went to Chuck E. Cheese to keep on playing... talk about a good day! Thanks David & Belsi:)

My little photographer...

With a new baby in the house, the camera has been out a little more than usual. Braxton has decided that he is taking up photography again! Here are some cute pics...
Doesn't everyone take better pictures with sunglasses on?
And we need some good natural outdoor lighting, right?
Say cheese!
The final product...

Harper and roses...

I cannot believe that Harper is already 1 month old! Here are some cute pictures of her over at Mimi's house for the first time last week. Mimi pulled out her little play mat from when Braxton was a baby and Harper loved it. She is so much more aware and it is so fun to watch her discover and notice new things!

And here are some pictures of the gorgeous Rose Garden out at Scott's family's farm. A class of students from Texas A&M students are working on a project to see what kind of roses can grow in this soil and climate, etc. We went out there for dinner the other night and I had to take some pictures because I would love this at my house and it just makes me smile... look at all those beautiful colored roses! These pictures don't really do it justice:)

Happy 3rd Birthday, Emma!

Braxton's girlfriend (or gril-friend - as he calls her - and once again we don't correct!) turned 3 years old this week. We took a present over to her house on Thursday, her actual birthday, and today we went to her Princess & Pirates birthday - dressed as Superman! Her mom put on a fabulous party, as usual, and we saw lots of friends and had lots of fun!
