Gingerbread time...

A good friend of mine, Kimberly, hosted such a wonderful children's Christmas get-together - a gingerbread cookie decorating party! It was such a great time with the most fabulously large cookies, special ordered in from another city in Texas. She had every candy under the sun to spark the kid's creative juices, extra sticky royal icing from Central Market and pictures to help the kids along. Needless to say, the kids just went wild with their little imaginations and came up with some beautifully decorated cookies... the girls a little better than the boys... shhh! Here is what the room looked like before all their little warm bodies dashed in...
